My name is Dawn and I have been blessed with Laura Rasmussen's friendship for the last ten years.  This family has endured a great deal of challenges over the last 15 months. I hope you will stand with us and support this amazing family during the most incredibly difficult time of their lives.  Laura married the love of her life, Michael, at age18 and they have six incredible children ages 7-18. She loves warm beaches, date nights with her husband, and is always up for an adventure. Laura may be the sweetest, most gentle woman you will ever meet. She is full of hope and faith, always planning for her future, an aspect we all admire in her.  Laura is by all definitions, a warrior in her own right. In March of 2017, Laura was diagnosed with terminal brain cancer. She underwent surgeries, radiation treatment, chemotherapy, and within the year had defied the odds and beat this rare form of cancer.
